Maximum BMX Terms & Conditions
Customer Privacy: All information obtained by Maximum BMX during the order process will be used exclusively to fulfill Internet, phone and fax orders. Email addresses will be used to verify order information, order confirmation, and/or back order responses. Email addresses may also be used by Maximum BMX to facilitate merchandise specials and product promotion.
Customer Payments: Maximum BMX accepts all major credit cards. A phone or fax order may be made with a personal check, but orders will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. All returned checks will be subject to a return check service charge of $30.00 or maximum permitted by law.
Shipping Policy: Maximum BMX offers shipping through Fedex and USPS to all contiguous US. No International orders will be accepted due to the high cost of shipping and handling fees. It is our intent to work with all customers and fill there order if possible.
Shipping Damage: If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify the shipping company and/or driver of the shipping company for insurance purposes as quickly as possible. The receiving customer will need to file a freight claim with the freight company. Maximum BMX is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during the shipping process. Please direct an email to email@example.com if you receive a damaged shipment, stating what has happened, and Maximum BMX will do everything in its power to help remedy the situation.
Gift Certificates: We accept gift certificates sold only by Maximum BMX. Gift certificates good for 90 days from date of purchase.
Sales Tax: Maximum BMX charges sales tax on orders shipped only to Indiana.
Quantity Limits: Maximum BMX reserves the right to limit the amount of products sold.
Backorders: If an item is unavailable for shipment, it may be backordered and shipped separately. Items that are discontinued will not be shipped and other arrangements will be made when possible.
Product Returns: All defective products will be accepted for return with prior approval. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return authorization or call 317-462-6008 to make arrangements. If you are unhappy with a purchase, it may be returned if in new resalable condition for a credit towards an additional purchase or returned with a 25% restocking fee and our shipping costs. Shipping charges to return the item are the responsibility of the purchaser. Some return items may need return shipment directly to the manufacturer and prior notice on all returns should be sent to email@example.com.
